Before You Go

2020 Safety Plan

New policies and procedures are in place to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and the surrounding community.

Guests will receive a detailed briefing prior to departure.

Our full plan (in draft form) can be viewed here:

We’ll take good care of you at the lodge, but there are a few things you’ll need to do before you get here.

Following are some things to keep in mind as your trip date approaches.

For more detailed information, please refer to the Trip Itinerary you received with your trip confirmation, or contact our office if you have any questions.

Guest Information

All guests need to fill out our Guest Info Form, unless they have previously done so.

The information requested will help to make your arrival and stay more convenient and comfortable.

Returning guests should use the form to provide us with any updates to their personal information since their last trip.

Guest Info Form

Know Your Flight Times

Departing from the YVR South Terminal on first day of trip:

  • Check-in: 6:30 a.m.
  • Departure: 7:30 a.m.

Guests can anticipate returning to Vancouver by approximately 2:30 p.m. on final day of trip.

Delays due to weather can occur; to ensure a successful transfer home, we recommend booking return flights at least 3-4 hours after our anticipated return time, or the following day.

Fishing Licence

We’ll look after this one — just fill out our Guest Info Form, and your Fishing Licence will be prepared for you and ready at our check-in counter.

You may hear that you need to purchase your licence online ahead of time, but that is not necessary — we’re happy to provide this service for our guests.

If you already have a licence, please ensure it includes a Salmon Stamp.
