Guest Information

All guests need to fill out our Guest Info Form, unless they have previously done so.

The information requested will help to make your arrival and stay more convenient and comfortable.

Returning guests should use the form to provide us with any updates to their personal information since their last trip.

Know Your Flight Times

Departing from the YVR South Terminal on first day of trip:

• Check-in: 6:30 a.m.
• Departure: 7:30 a.m.

Guests can anticipate returning to Vancouver by approximately 2:30 p.m. on final day of trip.

Delays due to weather can occur; to ensure a successful transfer home, we recommend booking return flights at least 3-4 hours after our anticipated return time, or the following day.

Buy your Fishing Licence

A Canadian Tidal Water Sport Fishing Licence is required for every guest.

Note: 2023 Licences are not available for purchase until April 1, 2023.

Guests should purchase their licence online, and print it out, prior to joining us. A physical copy of your licence must be in your possession when out on the water.

When purchasing your licence, please note…

• Licence type must be Pacific Region, 5-Day or Annual, and include the Pacific Salmon Stamp.
• For a 5-Day licence, ensure start date matches first day of your trip.
• Licences for juveniles (under 16) are required — these are free except for the cost of the Salmon Stamp.
• If able, save a copy of your licence as a PDF file to your mobile device, to reprint at the lodge if necessary.

Some licences can be provided at check-in if you are unable to purchase online, or do not have access to a printer. Contact us if you have any difficulties purchasing your licence.

Pack Appropriately

Please limit individual luggage to 30-pounds. Soft-sided bags are strongly preferred for both checked and carry-on luggage. Pack medication in your carry-on.

Guests are provided with comfortable waterproof 2-piece Mustang cruiser suits and rubber boots. Weather conditions can vary significantly, so we advise bringing clothes that can be layered underneath your suit.
